1Object

This document establishes the terms and conditions that govern the provision of CNC CAD/CAM milling services, dental prosthesis manufacturing and B2B supply sales by FANA Milling Center (hereinafter, "The Laboratory") to dental clinics and laboratories (hereinafter, "The Client").

2Services Offered

The Laboratory offers specialized services in:

Precision Milling: Manufacturing of implant structures, crowns, bridges and aesthetic restorations using 5-axis CNC technology with guaranteed precision of ±5μm.
Supply Sales: Marketing of certified blocks, discs and consumables (Zirconia, Disilicate, PMMA, etc.).

3Order and Manufacturing Process

Case Submission: The Client will send the digital design (STL/CAD file) through the web platform or through authorized channels. The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the design, margins and specified color taking.

Quote and Confirmation: The Laboratory will issue a quote and estimated delivery time (generally 24-48 hours from confirmation). Manufacturing will only begin after the Client accepts the quote.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and FANA will do everything possible to meet them. However, no responsibilities or economic compensations are accepted for delays due to external causes (transport, software failures, force majeure).

4Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Product Warranty: The Laboratory guarantees that all prostheses and structures meet the precision of ±5μm and are manufactured with ISO 13485 certified materials.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will not cover failures or necessary adjustments that are a consequence of:

Errors in the impression taking or CAD design provided by the Client.
Manipulation, alteration or subsequent carving of the piece by the Client or third parties.
Inappropriate use or accidents.

5Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any conflict or litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
